The Rules That Govern Your Coolzino Account and Transactions

These rules define what you may do with the account, how we handle balances and verification, and what happens when play, payment or security records require review.

They govern access to Coolzino, creation and use of a player account, casino games, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification, safer gambling tools and support. By registering or continuing to use our services, you agree to these Terms and any product or promotion rules that apply to a transaction.

1. Definitions and Agreement

“Coolzino”, “we” and “our” refer to the service operated by Terdersoft B.V. “Player”, “you” and “your” refer to the registered account holder. “Real balance” means deposited or converted funds available under the account rules. “Bonus balance” means promotional funds subject to separate conditions. “KYC” means identity, age, address, payment and related verification.
If a game, bet, payment or promotion has specific rules, those rules apply alongside these Terms. Where a specific promotion expressly differs from a general bonus condition, the published promotion term controls that point.

2. Eligibility and Legal Age

You may register only if you meet the legal gambling age applicable to you, have legal capacity to enter this agreement and may lawfully use online gambling services. You are responsible for understanding local law. We can request age and identity evidence at any stage and restrict the account while checks remain incomplete.

3. Registration and Account Security

You must provide accurate, current and complete information. One account is permitted per player; controls can also identify duplicate registrations connected to a household, IP address or device. You must keep your password private, protect access to your email and phone, and notify us promptly if details change or access appears compromised.
You may not sell, transfer, share or lend an account. Activity completed with valid credentials can be treated as activity authorised by the account holder unless our investigation confirms otherwise.

4. KYC and Source-of-Funds Review

We may request photo identification, proof of residence, payment ownership evidence, selfie verification, a telephone call, video verification and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documents. Documents must be genuine, readable and current. We can suspend transactions, bonuses or gameplay until the required review is complete. No withdrawal is processed before full verification where KYC is required.

5. Deposits and Real Balance

Use only a payment method held in your own name. The cashier displays available methods, currencies, minimums and maximums. A failed, reversed or charged-back deposit does not create usable real funds. We may correct balances affected by technical, provider or settlement errors.
Deposited funds must be played through at least 3x before withdrawal as part of anti-money-laundering controls. The account is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be used primarily to transfer or exchange money.

6. Withdrawals

The general minimum withdrawal is €50 or the listed currency equivalent. Maximums depend on payment method, loyalty rank and the limit displayed in your cashier. Where possible, withdrawals return to the method used for deposit. If that method cannot receive funds, we may require an approved alternative after verification.
We can divide wins above €10,000 or $10,000 into monthly instalments of no more than €10,000 or $10,000 until paid. Bank-transfer intermediaries may apply charges outside our control, limited under our terms to the equivalent of €16 in exceptional cases. Processing time begins after internal approval and does not include delays caused by the bank, wallet, blockchain or additional review.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Every offer can set eligibility, activation, deposit minimum, wagering, expiry, maximum stake, eligible games, contribution rates, cashout limits and restricted payment methods. Unless a promotion states otherwise, general bonus terms include 40x wagering, a maximum stake of €5 equivalent, 14-day validity and one active bonus at a time.
Bonus abuse, duplicate claims, collusion, opposite betting, irregular play, exceeding the stake limit or using excluded games can result in cancellation of bonus funds and related winnings. You may cancel a bonus before completing wagering, but the bonus and linked winnings will be removed.

8. Games and Bets

Game rules, paytables, RTP configuration, stake range and feature terms are available inside each game. The server transaction record determines the accepted result. A disconnected display does not automatically cancel a completed round. Sports odds can change until a bet is accepted; voided or cashed-out bets may not count toward promotional wagering.

9. Errors, Interruptions and Malfunctions

Incorrect credits, game faults, duplicate settlements, payment errors or clearly incorrect odds do not create an entitlement to funds. We may void affected bets, correct the balance and request repayment of funds withdrawn in error. Report a suspected error without repeating the transaction.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use false documents, a third-party payment method, multiple accounts, automated tools, collusion, chargeback abuse, bonus manipulation, unlawful access, malware, VPN or proxy use intended to bypass controls, or any action designed to conceal identity or location. We may investigate, restrict, suspend or close an account and withhold disputed funds while evidence is reviewed.

11. Suspension, Closure and Dormancy

We can suspend or terminate an account for breach, fraud risk, legal requirements, failed verification, security concerns or safer gambling action. You may request closure through support. A dormant account may be handled under the rules and notices presented to you; contact us to withdraw an eligible remaining balance after verification.

12. Account Limits, Cooling-Off and Self-Exclusion

We provide deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off, self-exclusion, marketing controls and account closure. Gambling is entertainment, not income. A self-exclusion request takes priority over promotional communication and can require linked-account controls.

13. Intellectual Property and Site Use

Coolzino names, software, text, interfaces, graphics and related materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use the site only for personal lawful play. Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with systems or commercial reuse is prohibited.

14. Privacy and Third Parties

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and cookies. Payment, game, verification and support providers can apply their own terms. We are not responsible for an external site that you visit independently.

15. Liability

The service is provided subject to availability, applicable law and the inherent risk of gambling. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular game, promotion, payment method or outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Complaints and Disputes

17. Changes, Governing Rules and Severability

We may amend these Terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons. Where required, material changes will be announced before they take effect. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. The governing law and jurisdiction follow the operator and licence information displayed in our legal footer, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
